Mark brings extensive expertise in technology program and portfolio management, IT delivery, and independent program assurance. Before joining CTO Consulting, Mark was an IT Program Manager at Cognitive Companions, leading major transformation initiatives in highly complex environments.
Known for his pragmatism and resilience, Mark collaborates closely with clients and partners to ensure successful outcomes. His specialties include IT delivery management and assurance, ERP implementations, program reviews and recoveries, and PMO setups, making him the go-to leader for challenging IT transformations.
