Faced with complex architecture challenges in a high-security environment, Home Affairs engaged us to bring structure and clarity. We helped define architecture principles, enhance delivery governance, and align project efforts with long-term strategic priorities. Our work helped lift capability while reducing duplication across programs.
The Department engaged us to help deliver the Aged Care B2G platform. We worked closely with business and technology leads to translate policy into technical requirements, coordinate vendor delivery, and provide hands-on support through key stages of implementation.

Finance engaged us to provide an experienced cybersecurity professional to support systems assurance and risk governance. We deployed a senior consultant with deep Defence and Commonwealth experience to lead compliance assessments, deliver accreditation artefacts, and strengthen certification processes across complex ICT systems — ensuring alignment with government security frameworks and Defence-specific requirements.
Defence required experienced program managers to stabilise delivery, uplift project capability, and provide mentorship across key digital initiatives. We supplied a team of senior practitioners to lead integrated workstreams, support Microsoft 365 and ICAM-based transitions, and strengthen delivery governance. Our role helped improve consistency, reduce delivery risk, and build internal capability across a complex transformation environment.
The Department required experienced architectural capability and flexible capacity to meet the surge in current demand for ICT architecture services and to support the DCCEEW Enterprise Architecture function in delivering strategic future-state outcomes. We provided a senior architecture team to assist with solution design reviews, architectural advisory, and design authority preparation as the Department decommissions legacy applications and moves business capability to the new environments as part of the Department’s Digital Connect Program. The team expanded with business analyst capability to support key priorities across Regulatory, Finance, and Antarctic areas.

Craveable Brands needed clarity and direction across several strategic platforms — inventory, ERP, Digital Marketing and Online drive-thru solutions. We co-evaluated the market for software options, connected future-state architecture with commercial drivers and aligned technology direction with operational needs. By focusing on business pain points and stakeholder priorities, we delivered fit-for-purpose recommendations that supported smarter investment and an implementation strategy aligned to the business.
Sonic Healthcare needed support to run a global ERP procurement across a complex federated structure spanning 400+ legal entities. We led an accelerated, structured RFP process to select a systems integrator aligned to Sonic’s vision, governance and Dynamics 365 rollout requirements. Alongside procurement, we provided experienced program management to help structure the early stages of delivery and support planning for global execution.
GRNSW needed to improve how technology supports its operations and future direction. We worked with their teams to assess the current IT environment, identify gaps, and define a more effective operating model aligned to the business strategy. The result was a clear, actionable roadmap to strengthen governance, improve service management and build a more capable and reliable IT function and partnership with IT service providers.
EOS needed support managing the transition out of its naval satellite communications business, EM Solutions, following its divestment. We provided experienced project management to lead the exit process, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure continuity while enabling EOS to refocus on its core defence and space capabilities.
Vitura required independent assurance over its major technology transformation, including the rebuild of its Canview platform and the sustainability of supporting systems. We conducted a rapid, executive-focused review of delivery risks, technical readiness, and organisational capability. Our findings helped inform a board-level decision and provided clear actions to support execution of Vitura’s future technology strategy.
PharmaCare engaged us to support the reimplementation of its core ERP platform. We provided experienced program management and embedded senior consultants to lead the transformation, coordinate delivery streams, and align stakeholders across business and technology. Seafolly needed to modernise its ecommerce platform and implement integrated third-party logistics. We supported the design, testing, and delivery of the ecommerce solution, and managed the project and vendor coordination to enable a successful and scalable 3PL implementation.
