Behnam brings more than a decade of experience delivering scalable software solutions, database optimisation, and enterprise application development across the government, telecommunications, utilities, and energy sectors. He is known for his deep technical expertise, problem-solving mindset, and ability to drive business impact through high-performance, data-driven systems. 

Behnam has led major projects including a GIS-based urban planning system, a custom CRM for water and wastewater distribution, and a national data centre documentation system for a telecommunications provider. His work has consistently delivered measurable outcomes, such as a 30% increase in order processing efficiency and a 25% boost in telecom data management. 

With skills in .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core, MVC, VB.NET, WinForms), SQL Server, ETL workflows, and frontend development (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS), Behnam excels at system architecture, API integration, and performance tuning. His collaborative approach and experience with Agile methodologies make him a key asset for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions for our clients. 

Behnam holds a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering.
