Throughout his career, Scott has led multi-channel customer management strategies, driven business change initiatives, and successfully delivered complex system implementations from concept to launch.
Scott has managed large delivery teams, including geographically dispersed and third-party specialists, ensuring governance and alignment with business goals. His expertise extends to programme remediation, turning around fractured programmes to ensure successful go-lives. With extensive experience managing cross-border compliance, Scott brings a unique blend of strategic leadership and practical guidance to help organisations address business challenges.
