Meet Sam Bradon
Sam brings over 25 years of experience in consulting and professional services across the UK and ANZ, with a deep specialisation in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Insurance, and the Public Sector. His track record spans everything from hands-on technical delivery to leading multimillion-dollar engagements and building high-performing teams.
Sam is a recognised leader in helping clients unlock the value of enterprise platforms, including low-code solutions like Pega and OutSystems, as well as large-scale ERP and integration projects. From his early days as a Java developer to executive leadership roles at Pegasystems, Oakton (now NTT), and most recently at ai4process, Sam has consistently delivered growth, innovation, and outstanding client outcomes.
He has a strong reputation for bridging the gap between business goals and technology strategy and is particularly passionate about building enduring customer relationships and designing delivery models that scale.
