Meet Richie Haynes
Richie brings over 20 years’ experience in designing and delivering intelligent decisioning systems across the UK and Australian financial services markets. From his early career as a Credit Scoring Analyst at Experian to senior leadership roles at GMAC, Pegasystems, EY, and Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), Richie has consistently delivered transformative solutions that drive scale, compliance, and measurable business value.
At CBA, he established and grew the Decisioning Architecture capability from the ground up, building a 25-strong team and embedding decisioning into customer engagement, pricing, and big data platforms. At EY, he led the expansion of the APAC Decisioning Practice, creating a multimillion-dollar pipeline and defining successful go-to-market strategies.
Richie is passionate about using AI, behavioural scoring, and automated credit decisioning to help commercial organisations move faster, reduce risk, and innovate with confidence. Known for his collaborative, hands-on style, he bridges deep technical expertise and commercial acumen to deliver systems that last.
