Monowar Mukul is a seasoned Solution Architect with over two decades of enterprise technology experience, specialising in legacy application migration, cross-domain solution design, and cloud transformation across government, financial services, and education sectors. Known for his analytical rigour and ability to bridge business and technical perspectives, Monowar helps organisations modernise complex legacy environments, define clear migration pathways, and transition mission-critical workloads to secure, scalable cloud platforms.
Throughout his career, Monowar has consistently delivered complex, enterprise-scale initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle: from discovery and current-state analysis through to detailed design and implementation oversight. He has led cloud migrations, data platform modernisation, and cross-domain architecture programmes for organisations including the Australian Securities Exchange, NSW Department of Education, Ambulance Victoria, and Oracle Australia. His work consistently challenges and validates vendor approaches, turning analysis into practical migration strategies and fit-for-purpose solution designs.
Monowar brings deep expertise across cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud, with a strong foundation in integration, data migration, and infrastructure-as-code. He has architected solutions leveraging Kafka, MuleSoft, and Terraform, as well as security frameworks such as ISM, Essential 8, and OWASP Top 10. A certified TOGAF Enterprise Architect and AWS and Azure Solutions Architect, he also holds NV1 security clearance.
