Jaemi Staier is a self-motivated and collaborative consultant with a proven track record of supporting and leading high-profile programs across government and industry. With a reputation for honesty, adaptability, and a strong people-focused approach, she excels in dynamic environments where effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential to success.

At CTO Consulting, Jaemi serves as a Scrum Master, guiding development teams through complex government digital programs such as the Department of Health and Aged Care’s Business to Government (B2G) initiative. In this role, she has driven the delivery of the MuleSoft integration stream, enabling software providers to integrate aged care case management systems directly with departmental platforms. She has managed scope and timelines, facilitated Agile ceremonies, and coordinated cross-functional resources, including DevOps engineers, solution architects, and business analysts. Beyond delivery, Jaemi has supported the Department in maturing its SAFe practices, coaching teams on Agile roles and processes, and implementing improved standards for increment planning and delivery. Her leadership has ensured that APIs were successfully deployed into production environments, while also fostering stronger collaboration with industry through the launch of a developer portal.

Prior to CTO Consulting, Jaemi held key roles at Oracle, where she coordinated bids and managed federal government client relationships, and within the Department of Health and Aged Care, where she built extensive knowledge of release and environment management. Earlier, she supported senior executives across several government agencies, including the Department of Agriculture, the Australian Sports Commission Clean Energy Regulator, and numerous roles within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, culminating in her appointment as the Executive Support Officer to the Secretary of the Department (Dr Martin Parkinson) consistent praise for her professionalism and ability to deliver under pressure.
