Meet Henrik Larsen

Henrik is a senior Program Manager, PMO Leader, and Digital Transformation specialist with more than 15 years’ experience delivering enterprise IT, SaaS, ERP, and digital transformation programs for global organisations across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and US regions. He has led end-to-end delivery of large, multi-region SaaS platforms, including a global ESG compliance solution spanning four regions. He has built and run enterprise PMOs from the ground up, establishing governance frameworks, RAID processes, and reporting standards that lift delivery maturity across entire portfolios.

Henrik’s career spans major transformation programs for organisations including CIMIC Group, Comestri, NBN Co, Westpac, and Suncorp, where he has directed cross-functional, onshore, and offshore teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and delivered dozens of concurrent projects annually. Earlier in his career, he led large-scale Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades and cloud migrations, and spent several years as a disaster recovery and business continuity specialist, designing and executing live failover and failback exercises across major data centres, and building continuity-aware cultures within enterprise IT organisations.

His technical grounding in Oracle E-Business Suite, ERP platforms, cloud migration, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning is matched by deep capability across Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, and hybrid delivery methodologies, giving him the rare ability to bridge technical architecture, program governance, and executive stakeholder engagement.
