Meet Glen Pather
We are thrilled to welcome Glen Pather as our new Director of Digital Transformation and Governance at CTO Consulting!
Glen brings over 15 years of experience in management consulting, having held pivotal roles at leading firms such as Deloitte, UXC Consulting, and Oakton. His expertise lies in aligning IT strategy with business objectives, delivering enterprise-wide transformation, and strengthening governance frameworks. Glen’s leadership has been instrumental in guiding organisations through complex digital initiatives, ensuring both operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
In addition to his consulting background, Glen serves as Chairman of the Board at The Scots College, where he oversees governance and strategic planning. He holds a Master of Management (Information Technology) from Charles Sturt University. Glen is also certified in ITIL 4 as a Managing Professional and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
