Evgeni Soroka is a seasoned Solution and Data Architect with more than 30 years in software and data, including over 15 years specialising in enterprise data architecture, governance, and modelling for leading financial services organisations. He has a proven track record of designing and delivering data strategies, governance frameworks, and migration roadmaps that drive measurable outcomes across complex programs.

Evgeni has held senior roles at Westpac, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Insignia Financial, NAB, and PwC, where he led multi-domain Master Data Management (MDM) programs, regulatory reporting initiatives, and enterprise data platform transformations. He has worked extensively with metadata and governance tools such as Alation and Collibra, embedding stewardship, data quality, and lineage into large-scale transformations. His expertise spans conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling, with hands-on delivery in AWS, Azure, Databricks, and a wide range of data management technologies.
