Meet Chris Dodd

Chris brings over 20 years of experience leading complex business and technology transformation initiatives across various sectors, including government, financial services, utilities, and transportation. With a background that spans both consulting and in-house roles, Chris is recognised for his ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical delivery, ensuring outcomes that are pragmatic, scalable, and aligned with stakeholder needs.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked across all layers of digital transformation, from enterprise architecture and capability uplift to process reengineering and agile product delivery. He has led end-to-end business analysis efforts on high-profile projects, facilitating workshops, defining business and functional requirements, and supporting successful implementations of ERP, CRM, and data platforms.

Chris also brings a collaborative, coaching-oriented approach to team leadership, having mentored analysts and driven continuous improvement in business analysis practices. His ability to work across large, multidisciplinary teams has been a hallmark of his consulting work.

Chris holds a Graduate Certificate in Business and Technology and has experience with AgilePM methodologies.
